Rev 31 !

I am/have updating/updated to Rev 31.

This is fixed:

- AoE Skills include charm (usable items)
- Scrolls [atkup, defup, ... ]
- capsules [atkup,defup, ...]
- Summons gauge [only the summon mobs (if you spawn with /summon it will not work)]
- stats fixed in cloths/jewel/jems (include random stats)
- Map Time (diferente in each map)
- Ghost system (spawn depending your level and in the night)
- Party source rewritten
- CMap class added (every map store his players/monster/drops/npcs/respawnzones/spawnzones)
- Added near respawn when die/save
- Added save to town [not complete]
- commands from submit zone
- multiserver from drakia
- Items check when load user data (backup recommended the first time you run it) [delete invalid items/ or items with count to 0)
- mutex in every query to prevent out of sync
- Fairy system
- STB Files changed to csv
- Fixed bug when equip two handed weapon with subweapon
- Monster aggresivity
- Fix with unsigned values in drops
- New attack formula
- monster respawn time

Sorry but I wont try rev 31 again ! From now on I will stay on 30 for at least 1 year !!!! i agree with you rev 31 suck !
