i am haveing a conectinon problem all the time i go on the site to see the status on the server Login (Server is on) and (Char Server is on) and (World Server is on) so i log in and it freezez at the charicter log in i get past the pass word log in but wont let me go past charicter select it frezzes

Sometimes when/IF the World Server gets a error then the server cant really close and restart and THEN it sais ON but it is OFF (wierd but anyway...)
