game guard (not 20 error)

wheni press start the game guard starts connecting but bam game guard error 380 faild connecting!! help plz

Please provide more info or elso no one can help you. For example SS of the error, version of rose and stuffs.

now what u need to do is:

1. go in the folder of rose online
2. delete the gameguard folder from the rose online!
3. open the winrar that u downloaded from the link up.
4. unpack the file.exe from the winrar to the rose folder.(take it from the winrar to the rose folder)
5. double click on the "roseonlinegameguard.exe" ( that comes from the winrar)
6. double click on the launcher of the server u play and GOGO!
